Return & Exchanging Policy

We are very sorry the product you ordered did not work out for you. We are happy to help. However, we currently only offer free exchange of the product & no return or refund. We sincerely hope for your understanding as we are a new local Canadian brand.
For exchange, we offer a 30-day exchange policy for Canadian orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange. To be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, untampered, with tags, packaging, and the original order form included. We want to make sure that you love our product, and that it fits perfectly for you. That is why we offer free exchanges!

Please contact herslounge.official@gmail.com for your request. Normally, you will expect our response within 1-3 business days.

 

Steps for Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at herslounge.official@gmail.com. If it is accepted, we will email you a shipping label for you to print at home to return your original item, along with a clear instruction of how and where to drop off the package.

Please package your items in its original packaging and seal it securely. Then you can drop off the package at any shipping location as per your email instruction.

After receiving and inspecting the returned original product, we will ship a new one to you immediately to ensure you are happy with our product and its fit. Please be aware that it might take up to a week to complete this process after the receival of the exchanged products.

Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at herslounge.official@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is (are) defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you in a timely manner.

Exceptions / Non-exchangeable item(s)

Certain types of item(s) cannot be exchanged, like sale or final products (due to limited stocks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).

Order Cancellation

Hit the Submit Order button before you're ready? We’ll do our best to help. During HERSlounge business hours only, you have up to 1 hour from the time you click Submit Order to cancel it by emailing us at herslounge.official@gmail.com.
